Paul at The Star has kindly allowed us to use one of his regular Quiz Nights to raise funds for the Supporters Club nominated charity which is Buxton and Glossop friends fighting MS.
The date is Sunday 28th February.
The quiz starts at 9.30 pm and consists of 40 general knowledge questions - not too tricky. All is finished before 11 pm. The arrangements about numbers in teams is quite loose, this is done so that everybody can participate either as part of a formal team or by making up teams on the night. This is a fun quiz, run by Marcus Hodkinson, and really is quite light-hearted. Just about everybody in the Star on a Sunday night participates in the quiz which is great.
All are invited to come along to the Star on February 28th, join in the fun and, at the same time, contribute to a very worthy cause.
The more the merrier.
